Company
Lilly Systems.
An engineering company for intelligent software, physical AI systems and the security of both. Registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, working with clients across four languages.
What we are for
Two capabilities that belong together.
Most companies buy their software from one supplier and their security opinion from another. That works until the two disagree, at which point the client is left arbitrating a technical argument they were never meant to have.
Lilly Systems exists because the same engineering judgement produces both. Knowing how a system is attacked changes how you build it; knowing how it is built changes where you look when you attack it. We keep both skills in one team and are explicit about the one place that combination is not appropriate — we do not sell an independent audit of software we wrote ourselves.
The name. Lilly Schweizer Systems LLC is the registered entity; Lilly Systems is the name we trade under and the one you will see on proposals and reports. Both refer to the same company.

What we do
Five disciplines.
Intelligent Software
Applied AI that runs in production: retrieval and reasoning pipelines, decision support, and process automation, integrated with the systems you already operate.
Read morePhysical AI Systems
Perception, sensor fusion, on-device inference and control loops for machines and edge hardware — with the failure behaviour worked out before deployment, not after.
Read moreCybersecurity Audits
A structured review of architecture, code, configuration and process against recognised baselines, ending in a prioritised report every finding of which can be re-checked.
Read moreSecurity Assessments
Authorised, scoped technical testing of applications, APIs, cloud and networks: threat modelling, penetration testing and red-team exercises, rated by real business impact.
Read moreInfrastructure Hardening
Turning findings into an enforced baseline: least-privilege identity, network segmentation, secrets management, patch and backup discipline, logging and detection — as code.
