Tell us what you are working on.
A description of the system and the problem is enough to start. You will get a considered answer about scope and effort — not a sales sequence.
Reporting a vulnerability? Please do not include exploit details or credentials in this form. Write to us first and we will agree an encrypted channel before any technical detail changes hands.
Before you write
Answers that might save you a message.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two working days, with a real answer rather than an acknowledgement. If the enquiry needs more thought than that, we say so and give a date.
Do you sign an NDA before the first conversation?
Yes, and it is a reasonable request for anything involving your architecture or your security posture. Send yours or ask for ours.
Can you test a system we do not own?
Only with written authorisation from whoever does own it. If you operate a system on someone else’s infrastructure, we will need their permission as well as yours — this is not negotiable and protects both of us.
What information helps most in a first message?
What the system does, roughly how it is built, what is driving the timing, and what a good outcome looks like to you. Precise numbers are not needed at this stage.
